Usage Tracking: Use of IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are using the Internet. Web servers automatically identify the computer being used by its IP address. Rinovum collects IP addresses for the purpose of system administration, reporting aggregated information, and/or to audit the use of our sites. When users request pages from a Rinovum website, our servers log the residents’ IP addresses.

We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user’s session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to Rinovum. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with company regulations or terms of service, or to protect individuals or the Rinovum service or sites from harm. We therefore treat IP addresses as personal information for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Use of Analytics
Rinovum uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users utilize the Rinovum websites. Google Analytics uses cookies (see above). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our websites, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate your use of the websites and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Rinovum Women’s Health™. We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of visitors to our sites. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Except as set forth above under Usage Tracking, neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate any data gathered from the Rinovum websites with any Personally Identifiable Information from any other source.

Rinovum has enabled Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting; Google Display Network Impression Reporting; and Location targeting in Adwords. Rinovum uses first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) to improve the content of our websites, for marketing and research purposes, and for purposes explained throughout this Privacy Policy. Rinovum uses third party cookies (such as DoubleClick cookies) to customize our websites to your preferences, to further improve the content of our websites, and for our marketing purposes. Visitors to a Rinovum website may opt-out of Google Analytics Advertising Features, including through Ads Settings.   For more information, visit: http://www.google.com/settings/ads .

Google Analytics currently offers a number of available opt-outs. For more information please visit: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout .

By using a Rinovum website you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Online Privacy Policy Only
This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our websites and not to information collected offline.

Data Transfers

Rinovum is based in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States. If you access our websites from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

If you provide personal information to Rinovum, it may be transferred to and processed on computers in the United States and other countries. Do not provide your personal information to us through one of our websites if you do not want this information to be transferred outside of your country, or if the laws in your country restrict these types of transfers. Your provision of personal information to us will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. From time to time, your personal information may be transferred to a country different from where you are located. Your legal rights may be different in these countries, but Rinovum will hold your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You hereby consent to such transfers and processing as described in this Privacy Policy. Your provision of personal information to us through one of our websites means that you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Business Transactions

In the event that Rinovum goes through a business transaction, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling all or part of its assets, your personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. By using a Rinovum website and providing your personal information to Rinovum through one of our websites, you consent to this transfer.

Securing Information

Rinovum takes reasonable measures in order to safeguard your personal information.

Payment information (such as credit card numbers or banking information) and information about the security vulnerability of users' websites are protected by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the aforementioned information when viewed online.

While on a secured page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked.

In addition, Rinovum limits access to personal information to employees and our other service providers who we reasonably believe need to receive such information to provide our products and services or to otherwise perform their duties at or for Rinovum and takes other precautions we deem reasonable to protect the security of your personal information.

However, you should be aware that we cannot fully guarantee the security of your personal information. As in many computer systems, Internet applications and software programs, unauthorized use, failure of hardware or software, etc. may be injurious to the confidentiality of your personal information.

If you have any questions about security, please contact us.

Encryption

We have put in place encryption software, which encrypts or distorts all data you submit to Rinovum through our websites. This encryption will be processed at 256 bits, making it a difficult code to hack into without the appropriate decoding software. Your personal information is immediately encrypted as it is sent, and is then decoded by Rinovum or a third party operating on its behalf and the converted data is used to process orders and requests received through our websites. Rinovum also works to ensure that our employees are aware of the sensitivity of the data submitted to us and that they handle it with care, being careful not to allow any improper access by third parties.

Because the security of all personal information associated with our customers, marketing affiliates and other users of our websites is of utmost concern to us, we periodically review and improve our security and privacy policy as necessary when new technology becomes available. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your PC or mobile device to our servers. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, and while we believe we take adequate technical and operational measures to preserve your data against loss and/or misuse, Rinovum cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us online, and you, therefore, do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we use industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, such as firewalls and Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), and our encryption techniques. It is important, however, to remember that, despite these precautions, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet.

Email Consent and Opt-Out

Your provision of personal information through one of our websites constitutes your affirmative consent that we may contact you by email.

You may choose to opt out of receiving future commercial email messages from us. Each email marketing communication sent by us contains a link with instructions on how to be removed from our email list.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information

If your personal information changes (such as zip/post code, phone, email or mailing/postal address), we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate your personal information. This can usually be done at the user account page within the Rinovum website or by contacting us using the information provided under the “Contact” tab on our websites.

When a request for user deletion is received, we will make all reasonable efforts to purge said data from our systems. Due to the nature of our service, some information may not be fully removed due to backups or archived copies; however, such information will only be used for the purpose of confirming compliance with this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use and any other agreement between Rinovum and the deleted user.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy policy and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Acceptance of these Terms

By using a Rinovum website, or providing information to us, you signify your agreement to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our websites. In addition, your continued use of any of our sites following the posting of changes to these terms will signify your acceptance of those changes.
